CoinPoker Review

CoinPoker has developed into one of the more interesting alternatives to traditional online poker sites. Launched in 2017 as a crypto-focused poker room, it has since grown considerably, attracting players with active NLH and PLO cash games, an expanding tournament schedule, and a particularly competitive rewards program.

The platform took a major step forward in March 2026 with the launch of completely new poker software. The new client introduced redesigned tables, a built-in HUD, PokerIntel, new game formats, and a range of other improvements to the playing experience.

CoinPoker still does things differently from most established poker operators. USDT is used as the main playing currency, deposits and withdrawals are centered around crypto, and external HUDs are prohibited during play.

In this CoinPoker review, we take a closer look at the games and traffic, tournament schedule, new software and mobile app, rakeback, bonuses, payments, security, and support to see what the room actually offers players in 2026.

Is CoinPoker Legit and Safe?

Yes, CoinPoker is a real-money poker operator that has been active for several years and currently operates under an Anjouan gaming license. The site is operated by Precise Interactive Inc., a company registered in Panama, and its current license number is ALSI-202412004-FI1.

For players asking is CoinPoker safe, there are a few additional safeguards worth knowing about. CoinPoker uses on-chain Proof of Reserves and states that player deposits are backed 1:1, while crypto assets are protected using multi-authentication vaults and MPC technology.

RNG and Game Fairness

CoinPoker uses a cryptographic RNG to determine the shuffle and allows players to verify the randomness of completed hands. Its system uses KECCAK-256, the cryptographic hash function also used by Ethereum, with player input contributing to the shuffle process.

CoinPoker states that its RNG is certified and audited, although the site does not currently name the independent testing laboratory behind the certification.

Game integrity extends beyond the shuffle. CoinPoker prohibits external HUDs, real-time assistance and other tools that can provide an unfair advantage during play, while its game-integrity team investigates suspicious activity and player reports.

Overall, the combination of licensing, verifiable RNG technology, Proof of Reserves and game-integrity controls gives players several concrete mechanisms to evaluate rather than simply having to take the poker room’s safety claims at face value.

CoinPoker Games and Traffic

CoinPoker has developed a strong game selection, particularly for players interested in NLH and Pot-Limit Omaha. Cash games run around the clock, with stakes ranging from micro stakes to some of the biggest games available online. The tournament offering has also expanded significantly, with a much deeper daily schedule and several major series throughout the year.

Cash Games and Poker Variants

CoinPoker’s cash-game lobby is heavily focused on NLH and Pot-Limit Omaha, but the selection goes well beyond standard tables. Alongside the core games, players can find several alternative formats that are still relatively uncommon at many online poker sites.

Core Poker Games

  • No-Limit Hold’em
  • PLO4
  • PLO5
  • PLO6
  • Short Deck

Alternative Formats

  • All-In or Fold
  • K-Poker
  • No Limp PLO
  • Double Board Bomb Pots

No-Limit Hold’em remains one of the main cash-game formats on CoinPoker, with regular tables starting at $0.01/$0.02 and officially extending as high as $5,000/$10,000. This gives both recreational and high-stakes players a wide range of limits to choose from.

Where CoinPoker stands out more, however, is its Pot-Limit Omaha selection. Alongside traditional PLO4, the lobby includes PLO5 and PLO6, with heads-up and short-handed tables available. Omaha games can run from $0.01/$0.02 all the way to $5,000/$10,000, although the amount of action naturally varies by stake and time of day.

CoinPoker also offers Short Deck Hold’em (6+ Hold’em). The game uses a 36-card deck with the 2s through 5s removed, creating stronger average hands and more frequent action than traditional Hold’em.

One of the more distinctive options is Double Board Bomb Pots, available across NLH, PLO4, PLO5 and PLO6. These games use two community boards rather than one, creating more split-pot situations and often much larger multiway pots. Having Bomb Pots available across several game types gives players considerably more variety than a standard cash-game lobby.

There are several other alternative formats. No Limp PLO removes traditional limping from unopened pots, while All-In or Fold strips the decision down to its most aggressive options.

K-Poker is another format worth highlighting. It’s a faster variation of NLH built around 10-second decisions, antes and preset bet sizes. The simplified betting options and short shot clock keep hands moving quickly, giving it a noticeably different pace from a regular Hold’em cash table.

One format that’s noticeably missing is fast-fold poker. CoinPoker currently doesn’t offer an equivalent to PokerStars Zoom, GGPoker Rush & Cash or partypoker Fastforward, where players move directly to a new hand after folding. If fast-fold cash games are your preferred format, you’ll need to stick with regular tables.

Tournaments and MTT Schedule

CoinPoker’s MTT schedule has grown considerably, with tournaments running throughout the day across a wide range of buy-ins. NLH makes up most of the schedule, alongside PKOs and a selection of Omaha tournaments, with options ranging from freerolls and micro-stakes events to high rollers.

Sundays are particularly strong. In the schedule we checked, buy-ins ranged from the $1 Daily Dollar to a $5,200 High Roller, with several tournaments carrying six-figure guarantees. Major events included the $150 CoinMasters with $500,000 guaranteed, the $530 Sunday Main Event HR with $500,000 guaranteed, and a $1,500 CoinMasters High Roller with a $1 million guarantee.

Sunday Tournament Highlights

TournamentBuy-inGuarantee
Daily Dollar – Sunday Edition$1$5,000
Sunday Micro Kickoff$5.50$5,000
Mini Sunday Warm-up$11$15,000
POWERJAM PKO$22$25,000
Mini CoinMasters – Bitcoin$25$100,000
Sunday Main Event$55$100,000
Sunday Kickoff$109$100,000
CoinMasters – Bitcoin$150$500,000
Sunday Main Event HR$530$500,000
Sunday Grand$1,050$400,000
CoinMasters High Roller$1,500$1,000,000
High Roller$5,200$200,000

CoinPoker also runs larger tournament series throughout the year. The World Poker Masters in May 2026 was initially guaranteed at $25 million and ultimately paid out more than $48 million across over 500,000 entries, while the Global Online Poker Championship later brought a $50 million guaranteed schedule. These series add considerably more tournament volume on top of the regular daily and Sunday schedule.

There are still some gaps. Traditional Sit & Gos and Spin & Go-style tournaments are currently missing, so players looking for shorter, single-table tournament formats will need to look elsewhere.

CoinPoker Traffic

CoinPoker has grown substantially in recent years, and the increase is immediately noticeable when opening the client. The player counter regularly shows more than 10,000 players online, giving the room a much larger active player pool than it had during its earlier years.

Traffic is concentrated around NLH and PLO, where games run throughout the day across a wide range of stakes. The expanding MTT schedule also contributes significantly to the number of players online, particularly during major tournament series and on Sundays.

Traffic naturally varies depending on the time of day, game type, and stakes. Less popular formats and some higher limits may have fewer tables running, but players looking for the core NLH and PLO games should generally find consistent action.

CoinPoker Software and User Experience

CoinPoker launched completely new poker software in March 2026, replacing its old client with a redesigned platform. Beyond the visual overhaul, the new software introduced a number of practical improvements to the tables, lobby and overall playing experience.

CoinPoker Software Features

  • Customizable tables
  • Custom bet sizes
  • Built-in HUD
  • PokerIntel profiles
  • Multi-tabling support
  • Game filters
  • Player notes and color tags
  • Desktop and mobile apps

The redesigned lobby separates cash games, tournaments, Bomb Pots, All-In or Fold and other formats into dedicated areas, with filters for quickly narrowing the available games and stakes.

At the tables, players can configure bet sizes and table appearance, save notes and color tags on opponents, and comfortably run multiple tables. The software is available across Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.

The biggest change, however, is the amount of player information built directly into the client, particularly through CoinPoker’s new PokerIntel system.

Built-in HUD and PokerIntel

CoinPoker’s new software includes a built-in HUD powered by PokerIntel, giving every player access to opponent statistics directly inside the client without external tracking software.

Opening a player’s profile shows key statistics including VPIP, PFR, 3-Bet, Fold to 3-Bet, C-Bet, Fold to C-Bet, Steal and Check/Raise, alongside WTSD and WSD. Statistics can also be filtered by period rather than being limited to lifetime results.

PokerIntel goes beyond standard HUD statistics. Player profiles include tournament information such as total winnings, tournaments played, tournaments cashed, tournaments won, final tables and biggest score. Profiles also include a Skill Score and ranking, while notes and color-coded tags can be saved directly inside the client.

PokerIntel provides built-in player stats, tournament results and a bad beat counter directly in the CoinPoker client.

PokerIntel even includes a Bad Beat Counter, tracking how often a player has given and received bad beats alongside a run meter ranging from Ice Cold to Fiery Hot. It has little practical value for making poker decisions, but it’s a fun addition that helps distinguish PokerIntel from a conventional HUD.

CoinPoker prohibits external HUDs during play, including software such as PokerTracker, Hold’em Manager, Hand2Note and DriveHUD. The integrated HUD therefore plays an important role: players have access to the same core opponent statistics without needing separate tracking software.

CoinPoker App Review

CoinPoker is available on Android and iOS, giving players access to the same account, balance and poker games away from the desktop client. The mobile app supports the main cash-game and tournament formats, as well as multi-tabling.

CoinPoker Mobile App

  • Android and iOS
  • Cash games and tournaments
  • Multiple poker variants
  • Multi-tabling
  • Shared desktop and mobile balance
  • PokerIntel integration

The mobile interface works particularly well for single-table sessions, checking the lobby or continuing an MTT away from the computer. Multi-tabling is available, although the desktop client remains the more practical option for longer sessions or players running several tables simultaneously.

CoinPoker Bonuses and Promotions

CoinPoker offers a mix of rewards for both new and existing players. New players can currently claim a 150% deposit bonus up to $2,000, while regular players have access to a much broader range of ongoing promotions.

A major part of the offering is CoinRewards, which CoinPoker says distributes more than $7 million in rewards every month. This includes CoinRaces, Splash Pots, Bankroll Boosts and other rotating promotions, giving both cash-game and tournament players additional value beyond the standard welcome offer.

CoinPoker also runs frequent MTT promotions and special tournament series, with additional prizes and guarantees appearing throughout the year. Because these offers change regularly, it’s worth checking what’s available before depositing or starting a session.

You can find the latest offers, eligibility requirements and bonus terms in our CoinPoker Promotions guide.

CoinPoker Rakeback

Rakeback is one of CoinPoker’s strongest features, particularly for regular cash-game players and high-volume grinders. Rather than relying on a single fixed rakeback percentage, CoinPoker combines direct rewards with several additional ways to earn value while playing.

The core system is CoinRewards, which currently distributes more than $7 million per month across the player pool. This includes CoinRaces, where players compete on regularly resetting leaderboards, alongside Splash Pots, Bankroll Boosts and other rewards.

Players can also subscribe to 3-Bet Club, CoinPoker’s paid membership program, which adds weekly percentage-based rewards and other benefits. Members can receive 10% base rakeback, increasing to as much as 15% through the Action Multiplier, with CoinRaces and other CoinRewards potentially adding further value.

This combination is why we rate CoinPoker’s overall rewards so highly. Your effective rakeback will depend on how much you play, the games and stakes you choose, and your performance in the various reward programs, so there isn’t one percentage that accurately represents every player.

For a detailed explanation of the reward system, requirements and how much you can realistically earn, see our CoinPoker Rakeback guide.

CoinPoker Rake Structure

CoinPoker charges 5% rake on its standard cash games, with a maximum cap that varies depending on the stakes and the number of players dealt into the hand. This means CoinPoker will take 5% of the pot until the relevant cap is reached, rather than charging the full percentage regardless of how large the pot becomes.

The structure covers CoinPoker’s main Texas Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha cash games, including PLO5 and PLO6, although separate fee structures apply to formats such as All-In or Fold, Short Deck and K-Poker.

CoinPoker Cash Game Rake

For regular cash games, the rake remains 5% across the stakes, while the cap increases or decreases according to the limit and number of players. At higher stakes, CoinPoker expresses some of these caps in big blinds rather than fixed dollar amounts.

Stakes2-Player Cap3-4 Player Cap5+ Player CapRkae

$10/$20$3.80$9.00$15.005%
$25/$50$5.00$12.00$20.005%

For regular cash games, the rake remains 5% across the stakes, while the maximum cap varies according to the limit and number of players dealt into the hand.

Heads-Up and High-Stakes Rake

CoinPoker uses a separate rake cap for dedicated heads-up games, with caps changing according to the stakes. At higher limits, the original CoinPoker fee schedule expresses the caps in big blinds; the values below are converted to dollars for easier comparison.

StakesHeads-Up Rake Cap
$0.01/$0.02$0.06

For CoinPoker’s VIP cash games, the cap also depends on the stakes and number of players, although at the very highest limits the same cap applies regardless of table size.

Players at $50/$100 and above may also qualify for CoinPoker’s High Stakes Poker Rewards program, which provides additional rewards separately from the standard rake structure.

  4. Create and confirm your password.

CoinPoker KYC and Verification

CoinPoker does not normally require full KYC verification to create an account and play. Players need to verify their email address and phone number, but identity documents are not generally required as part of the standard account verification process.

Identity verification may be requested in specific circumstances. For example, players who win a physical prize or tournament trophy may need to provide identification before the prize can be delivered.

This makes CoinPoker’s standard verification process relatively simple compared with poker sites that require identity documents before players can fully use their accounts.

CoinPoker Deposits and Withdrawals

CoinPoker is still primarily crypto-focused, although the cashier also supports bank cards and Luxon Pay. Crypto users have considerably more choice, with support for major currencies including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin and Ethereum, alongside several blockchain networks.

USDT is the main currency used for poker balances, and CoinPoker gives players a good amount of flexibility when moving it on or off the site. USDT transactions can use Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Solana or Tron, allowing players to choose a network based on their wallet and transaction costs.

CoinPoker cashier showing crypto deposit methods and supported blockchain networks
CoinPoker supports crypto deposits across multiple blockchain networks, alongside bank cards and Luxon Pay.

Withdrawals are similarly straightforward, but the network you choose can make a significant difference to the fee. At the time of our review, Polygon withdrawals carried no fee, while the other available networks charged 5 USDT. For that reason, Polygon is the obvious option when your wallet supports it.

Crypto players should find CoinPoker’s cashier relatively flexible, particularly because of the number of supported networks. Players who prefer conventional payment methods have fewer options, which remains one of the disadvantages of CoinPoker compared with more traditional poker sites.

CoinPoker Supported Countries

CoinPoker is available in many countries worldwide, but it maintains a list of restricted territories where players cannot register, access or use the platform. Players outside these restricted territories can generally access CoinPoker, provided online poker is permitted under the laws applicable to them.

CoinPoker’s definition also covers US dependencies, military bases and territories, the Virgin Islands, jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions, and any additional territories CoinPoker may restrict. The company can update its restricted-country policy at any time.

If your country isn’t on the restricted list, that doesn’t automatically mean online poker is legal there. CoinPoker’s terms place responsibility on players to ensure they are legally permitted to use the platform from their location.

CoinPoker Customer Support

CoinPoker provides 24/7 customer support, with several ways to find help depending on the issue. For account-specific problems, it’s safest to use the support channels provided directly by CoinPoker rather than contacting people claiming to represent the room elsewhere. CoinPoker’s current help pages specifically direct players to its Contact Us form and support@coinpoker.com.

How to Contact CoinPoker Support

  • Contact form through CoinPoker’s official Contact Us page
  • Email: support@coinpoker.com
  • Help Center covering accounts, payments, promotions, poker features and technical issues

For technical problems, CoinPoker may ask for additional information such as your device, operating system, country and screenshots or log files, so email can be more practical when troubleshooting something complicated.

Be careful when looking for support through Telegram or other social platforms. Never send passwords, login details, cryptocurrency, recovery information or other sensitive account information to someone who contacts you claiming to be CoinPoker staff.

CoinPoker Review: Final Verdict

CoinPoker has changed considerably from the crypto-focused poker room it started as in 2017. The new software, active NLH and PLO games, growing tournament schedule and extensive CoinRewards system make it a much more complete poker site today.

Its biggest strengths are the amount of action available in its core games and the rewards available to regular players. The built-in PokerIntel tools are also a welcome addition, particularly now that external HUDs are prohibited during play.

There are still some drawbacks. CoinPoker remains heavily focused on cryptocurrency, and players looking for fast-fold poker, traditional Sit & Gos or jackpot-style tournaments won’t currently find them here. Its rewards system is also more complex than the simple fixed rakeback offered by some poker rooms, although CoinRaces, CoinRewards and the 3-Bet Club can provide substantial additional value when combined.

Overall, CoinPoker is particularly well suited to NLH and PLO players, crypto users and medium-to-high-volume players who can make the most of its strong rewards system. Lower-volume players can still benefit from CoinRaces and other CoinRewards, while players looking for a traditional poker room with a wider range of conventional payment methods may find it less appealing.
